SUBMITTING ARTWORK
Artwork Requirements We ask that artwork be submitted in a workable size at a resolution of at least 200 dpi (300 dpi for art containing a photographic image). We can downsize art with no or little degradation in quality but it is not good practice to stretch or enlarge art at the same resolution so please send your work in a size that is at least as big as your final output screen size.
We accept the following file types: .cdr*, .ai**, .pdf, .psd, .tif, .eps, .jpg***
*Corel Draw: Saved as version 10 or earlier (.cdr) or as Encapsulated PostScript (.eps). All text must be converted to curves.
**Adobe Illustrator: Saved as version CS2 (.ai) or as Encapsulated PostScript (.eps). All text must be converted to outlines.
In both Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator formats, fills are to be SPOT COLORS ONLY. There will be an additional charge to convert files from CMYK or RGB colors.
***JPG's created in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator should have a resolution of at least 200 dpi and should be saved using the "File/Save as" option, selecting "JPG" from the dropdown menu as the desired format. JPG's created in the "File/Save for Web" format will not be accepted as the image will default to web resolution (72 dpi-- which will degrade the size and quality of your artwork by more than half our desired workable image specifications).
Photographic Art Files: We can turn your photographic art files into printable artwork. Please note that fees for this process are based on the complexity of the job. We accept photographic artwork in the following formats: Adobe Photoshop, eps, jpeg, tiff. All files must have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
Transferring Artwork After your job is cleared for production you will be supplied an email address to send your artwork to.
If your art files are unusually large and you can't supply the artwork on a disk, you can upload the art to our FTP server (access information given upon request).
